		<description>Interesting, but it&#039;s been done and abandoned by Yahoo!. Their search directory all had category editors approving content. As internet usage grew, they couldn&#039;t keep up with the work and let the robots take over from there. The Yahoo! approach was a little different, but similar in concept: humans can&#039;t be as easily gamed.

Mahalo might be a good search engine for my grandma, which isn&#039;t a bad niche, but I don&#039;t think there&#039;s mass appeal here.</description>
